About The Position

The Director of Behavioral Supports will guide and mentor a talented team of Behavior Specialists and ABA Specialists, ensuring that every person supported has access to high-quality, functional skill development. This role involves designing and overseeing Behavior Support Plans, leading agency-wide training, and collaborating with leadership to strengthen programs and outcomes. The ideal candidate is a BCBA leader who believes in empowering people through compassionate, evidence-based behavioral supports and will help shape programs that truly change lives.

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• 5+ years in behavioral health management
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of OPWDD behavioral support regulations

Responsibilities

• Leading behavioral support services across all programs
• Coaching and developing clinical staff
• Overseeing FBAs and other assessment tools
• Ensuring consistent, compliant implementation of support plans
• Partnering with internal teams, families, and community partners
• Ensuring alignment with OPWDD regulatory standards
