About The Position

Every day at Metropolitan Ministries, stories of hardship are transformed into stories of hope. The Associate Director of Content and Storytelling serves as an embedded frontline storyteller, capturing real-time moments of resilience, healing, compassion, and transformation across our campuses and throughout the community. This role offers a unique opportunity to document the human side of homelessness, poverty, trauma, and restoration, while helping others experience the mission through authentic and impactful storytelling.
