About The Position

Williams College seeks a talented and experienced Associate Director of Alumni Engagement for Regional Programs to architect and grow comprehensive engagement for alumni in more than 60 active, volunteer-led regional associations around the world. The Associate Director will travel extensively to meet with alumni, working to strengthen the college’s network, cultivate volunteerism and support, and produce high-impact events. As a skilled communicator and brand manager, you will be asked to design regional communications that match the aesthetic of the Williams brand, while using data and alumni insights to pilot new modes of communication and connection in emerging markets. This role requires strategic thinking, volunteer lifecycle management, and deep collaboration with colleagues and a global network of alumni. Williams College is committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where members from all backgrounds can live, learn, and thrive.
