The Associate Director, Care & Value is a strategic individual contributor and senior leader within the WellMed Care & Value organization, accountable for leading and executing enterprise initiatives focused on affordability and total cost of care. This role owns the day-to-day management and execution of 2–3 high-impact Care & Value initiatives, translating enterprise strategy into actionable plans and measurable results. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Care & Value, the Associate Director partners closely with regional market leadership, clinical operations, finance, analytics, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure disciplined execution through defined glide paths, provider-level expectations, and a standardized operating cadence. This role requires the ability to influence at senior levels across a highly matrixed organization, balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, and drive clarity and alignment in complex, ambiguous environments. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
