The Director, Clinical Product & Value Strategy will provide the clinical and healthcare economics lens for the One Pass+ Access to Value transformation. This role ensures that new concepts, proof of concepts (PoCs), and scalable capabilities are clinically credible, economically sound, and aligned with how health plans evaluate value—particularly through HEDIS, Stars, quality programs, and condition management strategies. Sitting within Strategic Partnerships, this role will drive new capability design, test hypotheses, and de risk innovation. The role bridges product development, clinical rigor, and payer economics, serving as a key liaison between Strategic Partnerships, healthcare economics stakeholders, and external clinical buyers.
