The Associate Director, KOL Management will support the development of a late-stage commercial asset, Infigratinib, the first and only oral therapy for the treatment of achondroplasia. The individual will drive cross-functional collaboration and tactical alignment, ensuring success in the US. They will lead the development of strategic and tactical KOL engagement plans. Success will be measured by gaining and sharing of key insights, and the development of knowledge related to an asset and/or disease state and well as the development of mutually beneficial partnerships with relevant stakeholders. This person will play a key strategic role on the commercial product team and partner closely with Market Insights, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and other key stakeholders. The role requires strong clinical acumen, communication and leadership skills, and the ability to influence across the organization. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the SVP of Sales and Marketing.
