About The Position

Responsible for development and attainment of sales and service objectives through subordinate sales personnel within an assigned geographic area. This role involves supervising sales and support staff, including hiring, training, developing, and disciplining employees. The position also oversees inventory and compliance of subordinates, including licensure, permits, and documentation, and has fleet vehicle management responsibilities. Additionally, the Associate Director will interact with other departments and vendors to resolve issues and develop strategic plans.

Requirements

3-5 years customer facing, sales experience
3-5 years management experience preferred
Yes (Supervisory)

Responsibilities

Supervises sales and support staff, including responsibility for hiring, training, developing, disciplining and contributing to decision making regarding discharge of subordinate employees.
Oversees Inventory and Compliance of subordinates including licensure, permits and documentation is per policy and procedure.
Will have fleet vehicle management responsibilities.
Interacts with other departments and vendors to resolve issues and develop strategic plans.
