Design Associate In-Home Sales Consultant

At Floor Coverings International, we bring the flooring showroom directly to our customers’ homes. Using our Mobile Flooring Showroom, you’ll guide homeowners through flooring options, help them visualize their new space, and deliver a seamless project experience from consultation to installation. Our customers consistently rate us 4.8/5 nationally and 5/5 locally, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of delivering that same exceptional experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys consultative sales, design conversations, relationship building, and a flexible schedule that rewards hard work.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home design and sales consultations
- Build trust with customers and guide them through flooring selections
- Recommend solutions that balance style, function, and budget
- Close sales by clearly presenting value and options
- Manage proposals, follow-ups, and project details
- Partner with the team to ensure a seamless installation experience
- Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships
