About The Position

The Associate Director HR, Global Finance will serve as the strategic architect for the people strategy within the Global Finance organization. Based at the World Headquarters, this role partners primarily with Global Finance Executives to drive organizational effectiveness, succession and key role planning, executive talent movement, and culture transformation. This is achieved by leveraging people analytics and strong cross-functional partnerships with HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR teams across more than 20 countries. This role offers significant visibility and enterprise exposure, contributing to positioning Finance as an engine for company performance and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience with a proven track record in Talent Management, Change Management, and Org Design.
  • Experience supporting a Finance function or working within a global matrixed environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to 'speak the language' of Finance.
  • Comfortable in challenging and influencing senior executives to drive strategic priorities.
  • Broad generalist HR skills with experience assessing and designing complex organizational structures.
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and coach leaders at the highest levels of the organization.
  • Future-focused, leveraging an 'outside-in' perspective to anticipate market trends in both the finance and talent landscapes.
  • Mastery of the company's culture, with the ability to lead big initiatives like MBOs and process mapping while maintaining a focus on meritocracy and simplification.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior Finance leaders as a strategic HR advisor-someone who understands how people decisions impact financial performance and can confidently influence at the executive level.
  • Strong global talent and organizational capability, including succession planning, executive talent development, and navigating complex, matrixed organizations across multiple regions.
  • Demonstrated change leadership, using data and workforce insights to guide organizational decisions, lead transformation, and support large-scale initiatives.
  • A track record of driving performance and culture, with experience reinforcing accountability, merit-based outcomes, and continuous improvement within leadership teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Global HR strategies aligned with company's financial and long-term growth goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Finance Leadership on organizational design, assessing structures regularly to ensure the Global Finance team is efficient and properly resourced.
  • Identify and develop the next generation of finance leaders.
  • Proactively lead the movement of high-potential talent across global zones and functions.
  • Lead the OPR (Organization & People Review) process for the global finance client group, ensuring robust succession plans for business-key roles.
  • Partner with Finance Executives to identify specific capabilities (e.g., Controllership, FP&A, Tax, Treasury) needed to achieve global priorities.
  • Oversee executive-level recruitment and ensure a high bar for technical and leadership excellence.
  • Champion the company's culture of Ownership and Meritocracy.
  • Lead key cultural accelerators including Management By Objectives (MBOs), Continuous Improvement, and DEI initiatives.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through quarterly development discussions and rigorous feedback loops.
  • Manage the global finance people budget, leading organizational redesign decisions and process mapping to drive cost efficiencies (ZBB) while improving value.
  • Leverage HR analytics to provide Finance leaders with sophisticated insights into workforce trends, turnover, and engagement, translating complex data into actionable people strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for executive employee concerns, fostering an environment of open communication.
  • Lead change management for global transformations, ensuring the organization remains agile and resilient.
