About The Position

As a strategic and influential HR leader, the Associate Director, HR will play a critical role in driving business outcomes by developing and implementing comprehensive people strategies that align with the organization's goals. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably with relevant experiences on global scope
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence senior leaders and drive change.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that drive business results, align with organizational goals, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and develop key talent, providing coaching and development opportunities to drive growth and succession.
  • Facilitate global talent reviews and build and run succession plan for key Finance roles.
  • Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimal use of resources.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive cultural transformation and minimize disruption.
  • Establish and lead a global Finance HRBP forum to align people priorities, share best practices, and ensure consistent execution across zones.
  • Create standard governance for key processes
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and well-being, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote open communication.
  • Develop a Global Finance Community strategy to strengthen identity, belonging, and collaboration across geographies (community charter, programming, ownership model).
  • Build scalable engagement channels: global townhalls, learning weeks, communities of practice, recognition programs tied to Finance priorities.
