About The Position

RealtyAds is looking for a motivated and results-driven Associate Director, Growth to play a key role in expanding our footprint across the commercial real estate industry. This role is ideal for individuals who have demonstrated success in top-of-funnel outreach and are ready to own the full sales cycle. As an Associate Director, Growth, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and qualifying leads, running high-impact demos, and closing new business across our client base. This is a pivotal opportunity for those looking to strengthen their closing experience and begin learning how to drive new business growth at RealtyAds.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of sales experience in Tech and/or CRE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, conducting product demonstrations, and closing new business
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • 5 days per week in-office at a RealtyAds Office

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycles -from prospecting and outreach to demos, follow-ups, and contract execution -to drive new business growth
  • Deliver tailored platform demonstrations that clearly articulate value based on client goals, pain points, and market conditions
  • Research, identify, and qualify target CRE ownership groups and brokerage firms to uncover new revenue opportunities through outbound prospecting
  • Understand complex organizations within commercial real estate to reach out and establish relationships with key stakeholders
  • Leverage tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and internal systems to manage outreach activity, track deal-cycle progression, and optimize prospecting strategies
