About The Position

Code for America is seeking a results-oriented Associate Director of Government Partnerships to secure and grow government partnerships that advance its mission. The role owns a portfolio of state and local government accounts, serves as the primary relationship lead, identifies opportunities, carries them through to signed agreements, and coordinates clean handoffs to delivery teams. The position also contributes partner insights to the development of offerings, maintains pitch materials and account records, improves pipeline processes, mentors colleagues, and shares market insights.
