About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the enrollment management process. It requires a Bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license, and a minimum of four years of admissions experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, as is the ability to work evenings and weekends for seasonal events. The ideal candidate will possess energy, enthusiasm, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, with a proven ability to motivate students and staff. Experience working with diverse populations and a sensitivity to the concerns of under-represented communities are also key requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Minimum of four years admissions experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be available for seasonal evening and weekend events
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated success in motivating students and staff
  • History of working with culturally and ethnically diverse constituents and demonstrated sensitivity to the concerns of candidates from under-represented communities

Nice To Haves

  • Juris Doctor degree is preferred
  • Proficiency in Ellucian Banner and LSAC Unite
