The Associate Director/Director of Program Management will lead a cross-functional role in the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials, initially focusing on the L606 and Yutrepia programs. The role co-leads with internal and external stakeholders to support development of innovative inhaled combination products and bring therapies to market. It calls for strong product life cycle management experience, preferably in pulmonary hypertension or a related therapeutic area, and understanding of product and study conceptualization through commercialization. The position builds and maintains relationships with functional leaders across Operations, Product Development, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Commercial, as well as external partners and vendors, with oversight of development and budgetary timelines. The position develops and implements cross-functional development plans at strategic and tactical levels, drives alignment to corporate milestones, escalates risks and develops mitigation strategies, and assesses programs’ commercial viability throughout the product life cycle. It facilitates team and cross-functional meetings, prepares dashboards and senior-management status updates, supports budgeting and resource allocation, and monitors evolving regulatory requirements and quality trends to support readiness and proactive compliance planning.
