About The Position

Are you passionate about building digital foundations that drive business outcomes, accelerate innovation, and fuel the future of AI, automation, and analytics? We are looking for an Associate Director, Digital Transformation to help build the digital foundation that will enable the next generation of AI-powered capabilities across Global Sourcing & Procurement. In this role, you will connect business processes, enterprise systems, and data into a unified experience that enables automation, analytics, and AI at scale. You will map how work moves across functions, systems, and teams, uncover opportunities to simplify and standardize how work is done, and create the foundations required for intelligent, AI-driven decision making. This is not a traditional transformation role. We are looking for a builder and systems thinker who can move seamlessly between business strategy, technology architecture, process optimization, and hands-on solution development. You will help shape how users interact with our digital ecosystem while establishing the process, system, and data frameworks that will power future AI capabilities.
