About The Position
The Associate Director, Delivery & Program Management will be responsible for directing the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maximizing profitability. This role involves developing and executing business cases, project plans, and revenue forecasts, as well as overseeing the creation and management of Statements of Work (SOW), scope tracking, and change control. The position requires managing program P&L, optimizing resource allocation, and applying advanced project analytics to monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve escalations. The Associate Director will also champion design thinking methodologies, guide cross-functional technical teams, and engage stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution and timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in delivery management, program management, and enterprise mobility solutions, including leadership of large-scale enterprise programs
