About The Position

The Associate Director, Delivery & Program Management leads end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology initiatives, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within scope, and to defined quality standards. The role works in partnership with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams to define project scope, milestones, schedules, resource allocation, dependencies, and success criteria.

The position coordinates cross-functional stakeholders and drives Agile delivery across multiple teams. It monitors progress through KPIs, dashboards, project plans, RAID logs, and executive updates; facilitates technical discussions that connect business requirements with engineering solutions; and promotes continuous improvement, delivery predictability, process optimization, and compliance with governance, documentation, quality, and security standards. Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience managing complex technology projects and programs, including significant leadership of cross-functional IT delivery initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Knowledge of SDLC and release management.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API integration.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation tools.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of enterprise application integration.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PgMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe Agilist.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology initiatives, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within scope, and meet defined quality standards.
• Define project scope, milestones, schedules, resource allocation, dependencies, and success criteria with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams.
• Align and coordinate engineering, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and product management stakeholders to drive unified execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, blockers, dependencies, and change requests; ensure timely resolution and escalation.
• Drive Agile delivery practices across multiple teams, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Monitor and report project progress using KPIs, dashboards, project plans, RAID logs, and executive status updates.
• Facilitate technical discussions that bridge business requirements with engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Champion continuous improvement, delivery predictability, process optimization, and adherence to governance, documentation, quality, and security standards.
