Sarepta TherapeuticsCambridge, MA

About The Position

The Associate Director, Commercial Business Performance & Insights will play a critical role in helping Sarepta understand how its in-market products are performing and where leadership attention is needed. This person will be responsible for turning complex commercial data into clear, accurate, and actionable insights that support decision-making across the Commercial organization. Today, much of this work is managed through a detailed Excel-based reporting process. This role will help modernize that approach by partnering with Commercial Analytics, IT, and business stakeholders to move toward more scalable dashboards, automated reporting, and repeatable performance views. In doing so, this person will help create a stronger foundation for how Sarepta monitors performance, identifies trends, and responds to opportunities or risks across the business. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys both the detail and the story behind the data. The successful candidate will help ensure leadership is working from accurate information, connect themes across recurring analyses and business reviews, and translate performance signals into practical implications for the organization. The role offers regular exposure to senior commercial leaders and the opportunity to shape how business performance is understood, communicated, and acted upon across Sarepta’s in-market portfolio. This position resides within the Commercial organization and will report to the Executive Director, Commercial Operations.
