About The Position

The Client Transition Specialist is a highly visible role within the Client Service organization, with a dotted-line relationship to Integrations. The role supports newly joined financial advisory teams by serving as an on-site, concierge-style resource for advisors and client service professionals while executing end-to-end onboarding for their clients. Work includes preparing, reviewing, and sending client documentation; facilitating account opening and asset transfers; tracking onboarding through completion; and resolving issues that could delay transitions. The specialist also helps new teams establish the workflows, technology, and operating practices needed to become self-sufficient within Cresset. The work takes place in a high-stakes, fast-paced, high-volume environment and requires urgency, precision, sound judgment, and exceptional organization. The role collaborates with advisory teams, clients, custodians, and internal partners to manage concurrent workstreams and deliver a seamless experience while adhering to firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. When not assigned to an active transition, the specialist supports established financial advisory teams and contributes to special projects and process improvements.
