Reporting to the Director, Government Relations and Aviation Policy, the Associate Director, Airport and Aviation Policy will support in managing Toronto Pearson’s engagement with key government and agency partners at the federal, provincial, and municipal level and is responsible for leading the development of government and stakeholder relations programs and policies related to supporting airport development projects, and aviation at Toronto Pearson International Airport. As a collaborative leader to a small and impactful team, you will work interdepartmentally to understand airport and aviation business needs, and create, advocate for, and implement policy positions that support Toronto Pearson’s future transformation and operations. This role will also provide strategic policy advice to the GTAA Executive Team on matters related to GTAA’s regulatory functions related to aviation, airport operations and security, transit, land use, and other developments impacting aviation around Toronto Pearson International Airport.
