Horizon Media is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Advanced Analytics team as an Associate Director. This role is responsible for elevating and maintaining the company's marketing analytics offering to serve a fast-growing client base. The position requires prior experience in leading marketing analytic engagements and development at an analytics consulting firm or marketing agency. The Associate Director will manage a team and contribute to the development of statistical models designed to maximize client business results. The role demands both hands-on model development skills and a creative, story-telling approach. Analytic engagements may include marketing mix modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution modeling (MTA), closed-loop and attribution modeling, in-market testing, campaign measurement, customer journey analytics, CRM, digital analytics (website, mobile, app, social media), forecasting, financial analysis, and user-level analysis. Proficiency in statistical analysis tools like Python, R, KNIME, or SQL, along with familiarity with marketing platforms' data and terminology, is essential. The role also involves cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and operational teams within Horizon. This is a high-growth, high-visibility position in a dynamic industry.
