Chewy is looking for an Associate Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Boston, MA. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams across Marketing, as well as our external partners at TikTok and other platforms to ensure that we are meeting our brand marketing and customer development goals. The role’s primary focus is the execution of large-scale digital media buys through data-driven customer segments, advanced behavioral targets and tailored creative. Joining a team of platform experts who are in ad platforms every day, the role’s responsibilities include executing media buys through hands on keyboard campaign set-up and ad trafficking, media planning, day-to-day campaign implementation, reporting, data analysis, monitoring bids/budgets/ad set performance, and optimizing against our target KPIs. The ideal candidate is relentless, data-driven, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role sits within our high-performing, metrics-driven performance marketing team that works collaboratively on strategies to drive active customer growth. We are looking for someone who is equally passionate about marketing technology, data analysis, platform function, audience segmentation, and creative strategy.
