The Creative team at Go Fish Digital is made up of designers, storytellers, and strategists who believe great work does more than turn heads—it solves problems. Requirements

2–3 years of design experience (agency experience is a plus)
A strong portfolio that shows us how you think, not just how things look
Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Understanding of digital design (social, email, responsive web, UI/UX basics)

motion design or experience with AI creative tools

Responsibilities

Design across formats including social, web, email, campaigns, and print
Turn concepts into polished, production-ready work
Partner with Art Directors, Designers, and copywriters to build smart, effective creative
Work closely with strategy and marketing teams to make sure creative aligns with goals
Help maintain and evolve brand systems across channels
Present your work clearly and explain the “why” behind it
Juggle multiple projects without dropping the details
Be curious–bring new ideas, trends, and tools to the team
