About The Position

INTECH Process Automation Inc. is seeking an Associate Graphic Designer to join its growing Industrial Intelligence Solutions (IIS) division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual assets across digital platforms, ensuring strong brand consistency, and delivering fast-paced creative support for marketing campaigns, events, and communications. At INTECH, the designer will work on impactful projects, developing intelligent software solutions that utilize real-time operational data, advanced analytics, and cutting-edge Generative AI to solve complex industrial challenges. These AI-powered tools are crafted to enhance productivity, improve decision-making processes, and foster an environment of efficiency and innovation in the workplace. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 6 months -1 year of experience required.
  • Basic understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Familiarity with social media design (especially LinkedIn).
  • Basic understanding of HTML email design and layout principles is a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to take creative briefs and translate them into compelling visuals.
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Receptive to feedback with a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal in English and Urdu).

Nice To Haves

  • Adobe InDesign — newsletters and multi-page layouts
  • Figma — website and UI mockups
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS email design
  • Understanding of LinkedIn ad specs and digital marketing basics

Responsibilities

  • Design engaging creatives for LinkedIn marketing campaigns, including sponsored posts, static and animated banners, and brand-aligned visuals that support lead generation and employer branding goals.
  • Develop, update, and optimize website graphics, landing page visuals, and UI design elements to enhance user experience and visual appeal.
  • Design HTML and visual email newsletters, focusing on layout structure, readability, visual hierarchy, and strict adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Create end-to-end event collateral, including digital and print invitations, stage backdrops, standees, social media event covers, presentation templates, and post-event recap creatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials by following established brand guidelines, typography, color palettes, and visual standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support ad-hoc design requirements, including rapid turnaround creatives for campaigns, announcements, and internal communications.
  • Resize, adapt, and optimize existing designs for multiple platforms and formats (LinkedIn, website, email, display ads, print, and event materials) while maintaining visual integrity.
  • Assist in maintaining a well-organized digital asset library, ensuring proper file naming, version control, and easy accessibility for internal teams.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, platform specifications, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.
