Working at the individual team level, an Asc Design Strategist responsibility is to work with teams using human-centered design principles, methods and technologies to deliver customer value. This role will work closely with a more senior Design Strategist alongside team members, product owners, agility and/or change practitioners to lead teams through full design activities at all aspects of design projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, data science or related major.
Duke Energy internship or co-op experience.
Design thinking facilitation, user research activities & implementation, human-centered value-driven prioritization techniques
Proficient public speaking skills, written and verbal communication
Strong facilitation skills
Openness, approachability, collaborative nature, and enjoyment working with passionate people
A learner mindset - naturally curious to learn more
Passionately proactive at problem-solving
Ability to meet an individual or team where they are and help them succeed
Professional judgment on when to ask for help
