Associate Dentist (Ownership Track) - Private Practice - Hanford, CA
About The Position
A dentist-owned private dental practice in Hanford, California, is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist with a strong interest in purchasing and taking ownership of the practice in the future. The role is designed as a direct pathway to ownership, offering the opportunity to transition into a successful, turnkey office with an established patient base. The practice emphasizes a caring, empathetic approach to modern dentistry and a patient-focused, non-corporate environment. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and no weekends. Compensation is $250,000–$300,000 or more per year, depending on experience.
Requirements
- DMD or DDS degree.
- Active California dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
- At least one year of clinical experience; new graduates are not eligible.
- Mandatory interest in purchasing the practice and transitioning into ownership in the future.
