Associate Dentist (Ownership Track) - Private Practice - Bremerton, WA
About The Position
A dentist-owned private dental practice in Bremerton, Washington, is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist interested in purchasing the practice and becoming its owner in the future. The position offers a direct pathway to ownership in a successful, turnkey office with an established patient base. The practice emphasizes caring, empathetic, patient-focused modern dentistry in a non-corporate environment. Full-time and part-time tracks are available. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no weekends. Compensation is $250,000–$300,000 or more per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- DMD or DDS degree.
- Active Washington dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience; the position is not open to new graduates.
- Mandatory interest in purchasing the practice and becoming its owner in the future.
