About The Position
A dentist-owned private dental practice in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, is hiring an Associate Dentist to join its team. The practice emphasizes a caring, empathetic approach to modern dentistry and a patient-focused, non-corporate environment. It welcomes experienced clinicians and motivated new graduates and offers full-time and part-time scheduling options. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends. Compensation is $250,000–$300,000 or more per year, depending on experience, plus a full benefits package.
Requirements
- DMD or DDS degree.
- Active Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
