About The Position
A dentist-owned private dental practice in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is hiring an Associate Dentist to provide modern, patient-focused dental care in a caring and empathetic environment. The practice welcomes experienced clinicians and motivated new graduates and offers clinical freedom in a non-corporate setting, along with scheduling flexibility and full-time or part-time options. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends. Compensation is $200,000–$300,000+ per year, depending on experience, plus a full benefits package.
Requirements
- DMD or DDS degree.
- Active Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
