About The Position
PDS Health is seeking an Associate Dentist to provide high-quality dental care in a patient-centered, collaborative environment. The role is open to recent dental graduates and experienced professionals, and offers mentorship from Owner Dentists, continuing education, advanced technology, collaboration with in-house specialists, and a potential path to practice ownership.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care while prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes.
- Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship.
- Expand clinical skills through continuing education opportunities.
- Collaborate with in-house specialists to support patient outcomes.
- Use advanced technology, including CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records.
- Align with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes.
