About The Position

We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist for a start up in Maplewood, MN, working part time and then also part time in Hudson, WI. Hudson is an established practice. This position offers a $800.00-$1,000.00 daily guarantee with quarterly bonus based on production. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. You will work alongside a team of experienced dental professionals and have access to the latest technology and equipment to ensure the best possible patient care.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license in the state of Minnesota
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Passion for providing high-quality dental care to patients

Responsibilities

• Performing routine and complex dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crown placements
• Conducting thorough patient exams and developing treatment plans
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
• Collaborating with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Staying current with advancements in dentistry and continuing education
