About The Position
Raybrex Dental Recruiting is currently seeking a skilled and passionate Associate Dentist to join our client in West Chester, Ohio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented dentist looking for a full-time, permanent position in a thriving practice. The practice features 6 operatories, 3 hygienists, and utilizes technology such as Itero, CBCT, and X-rays. It is a PPO/FFS practice.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a general dentistry practice
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
- Perform routine check-ups, cleanings, and other general dentistry procedures
- Diagnose and treat oral health issues such as cavities, gum disease, and tooth decay
- Educate patients on good oral hygiene practices and preventative care
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and techniques through continuing education
