About The Position
Promenade Dental Group is hiring an Associate Dentist to deliver high-quality, comprehensive dental care in a patient-centric, collaborative setting. The role is open to recent dental graduates and experienced professionals and offers mentorship from Owner Dentists, continuing education, advanced technology, and opportunities for clinical growth and practice ownership. The position works with in-house specialists and integrated healthcare providers to support excellent patient outcomes. PDS Health provides a platform intended to support innovation, collaboration, and excellence, including advanced tools, mentorship, and continuing education. Compensation is listed at $160,000–$390,000 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company contributions, and malpractice insurance.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care, prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes.
- Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship.
- Expand skills through continuing education opportunities.
- Collaborate with in-house specialists to support patient outcomes.
- Use advanced technology, including CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records.
- Align with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes.
