About The Position

AZ Family Dental is a dentist-owned group with offices in Phoenix and Glendale. Our Thunderbird Road office is a 7-chair practice with room to grow, and we're looking for a full-time associate who wants to do good dentistry, keep learning, and stay a while. This is a doctor-owned office, not affiliated with DSO or private equity. You will work directly with the owner, a practicing dentist who is in the office with you. The practice offers mentorship in areas like molar endo, implant placement, bone grafting, CEREC, and clear aligners. There is an established PPO and fee-for-service patient base with a steady flow of new patients, ensuring a full schedule. The office is fully digital, featuring CEREC same-day crowns, CBCT, in-house 3D printing, digital impressions and radiography, and SureSmile clear aligners. The role involves comprehensive general dentistry, including fixed, removable, endo, extractions, and cosmetic procedures, with opportunities for implants and surgical cases for interested associates. You will work alongside hygienists, experienced assistants, and a front office team. Ownership opportunities may be available in the future.

Requirements

• DDS/DMD and an active Arizona dental license
• 2+ years of practice experience, or completion of an AEGD/GPR

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive general dentistry, including fixed, removable, endo (including molars), extractions, and cosmetic procedures.
• Perform implants and surgical cases for those who want them.
• Work alongside hygienists, experienced assistants, and a front office team.
• Focus on patients while the front office handles insurance and scheduling.
• Keep learning and expanding skills in dentistry.
• Do good dentistry and stay a while.
