Associate Dentist - Up To $20,000 Sign on/Relocation Bonus
About The Position
The Center for Esthetic Dentistry in Grants Pass, Southern Oregon, is seeking an Associate Dentist to join its patient-centered, technology-driven practice, led by Dr. Huddleston, who has more than 25 years of experience. The role is open to experienced dentists and early-career providers seeking mentorship and support. The dentist will practice comprehensive dentistry with clinical autonomy alongside a collaborative team, with opportunities to grow clinically, professionally, and financially. The practice has an established patient base and uses modern technology, including CEREC and CBCT. A potential pathway to partnership may be available for doctors interested in ownership. An advertised sign-on or relocation bonus of up to $20,000 may be available.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid state license to practice dentistry in good standing, or eligibility for licensure.
- Certifications required by the state, including CPR and DEA as applicable.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of practice experience is preferred; exceptional recent graduates with strong clinical skills are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and provide or direct others to provide oral health care services in the patient's best interest.
- Contribute to a team-oriented and collegiate environment by working with clinical and non-clinical staff as needed.
- Follow policies, protocols, and procedures in compliance with current accepted professional standards.
- Develop professional expertise through continuing education programs, with support and funding provided.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives as needed.
