Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
  • Licensed to practise dentistry in Ontario (RCDSO in good standing)
  • Strong clinical skills with a genuine patient-centred approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High professional and ethical standards — always

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental care including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments
  • Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and their treatment options
  • Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff across both locations for seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all regulatory and safety protocols
  • Participate in continuing education to stay current with the latest dental advancements
