Requirements
- 12 months experience, group or private practice
- Collaborative, curious, and open to learning new systems and approaches
- Values-driven and looking for a culture that actually lives what it says
- Ready to build a life where work-life balance is genuinely respected
Responsibilities
- Mentorship and case support from experienced doctors from day one
- A productive, well-supported schedule to build clinical confidence fast
- Utilize modern technology and systems that make practicing better
- Collaborate within a team environment
- Work a flexible 2-day-per-week schedule (Mondays and Wednesdays), with the potential to add Fridays after 1 year.
