About The Position

A well-established dental practice in Calgary is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join its long-standing clinical team. The clinic has a diverse, multicultural patient base and offers a broad scope of dentistry, providing excellent exposure to both general and advanced procedures. This opportunity is best suited for a confident, independent clinician who can integrate into a structured, long-tenured team and contribute to continuity of care. The practice has a strong pediatric component and serves a large multicultural community, requiring strong communication and adaptability. The clinic provides comprehensive dentistry, including bread-and-butter dentistry, basic and advanced endodontics, basic and advanced oral surgery (including impacted third molars), crown and bridge, removable prosthodontics, implant dentistry, Invisalign, and orthodontics. The technology and systems used include Open Dental, digital X-ray, and panoramic imaging, with CBCT available at a nearby clinic. This practice is unique due to its highly multicultural patient population with diverse clinical needs, a long-standing team with exceptional retention and loyalty, a family-oriented, structured environment, and broad clinical exposure across general and advanced procedures. It is a stable practice with a strong historical patient base.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
  • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Domiciled in Canada
  • 3-5+ years of experience preferred
  • Strong general dentistry foundation with some advanced skills
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Confident in treatment planning and patient communication
  • Professional, adaptable, and reliable

Responsibilities
