About The Position

Chaska Commons Dental Group is hiring an Associate Dentist to provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care with a focus on patient comfort and outcomes. The role is open to recent dental graduates and experienced professionals, and offers mentorship from Owner Dentists, continuing education, advanced technology, and a collaborative environment. Clinicians will work with in-house specialists and integrated healthcare providers, align with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes, and have a path to practice ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care, prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes.
• Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship.
• Expand clinical skills through continuing education opportunities.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists to support patient outcomes.
• Use advanced technology, including CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records.
• Align with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes.
