About The Position
PDS Health is hiring an Associate Dentist at Potranco Dentistry. Associate Dentists receive mentorship and coaching from Owner Dentists, collaborate with in-house specialists and integrated healthcare providers, and have access to continuing education and advanced technology. The position supports clinicians focused on excellent patient outcomes and clinical growth, with a path to practice ownership.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care, prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes.
- Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship.
- Expand clinical skills through continuing education opportunities.
- Collaborate with in-house specialists to support patient outcomes.
- Use advanced technology, including CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records.
- Align with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes.
