About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with a patient-focused dental practice in Bloomfield, Connecticut, to hire an experienced Associate Dentist. This is a growth-oriented opportunity in an established, high-performing practice serving a loyal patient base that values quality, consistency, and clinical excellence. The practice offers a broad clinical scope, including comprehensive general dentistry, endodontics, implant placement and restoration, and orthodontic treatment with clear aligners such as Invisalign. The role provides the opportunity to perform advanced procedures in a sophisticated clinical environment, build long-term patient relationships, and contribute to the practice's established care model and high-touch patient experience. A steady new-patient pipeline, structured workflow, strong clinical standards, and supportive team—including additional clinical staff being added—support efficient care and long-term growth.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD.
• Eligibility for Connecticut licensure.
• 8–10+ years of experience as a clinician.
• Strong diagnostic skills and clinical confidence.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with patients.
• Growth-mindedness and adaptability to an established, high-performing practice.

Nice To Haves

• Experience or ability in root canal treatment is preferred.
