About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring an Associate Dentist to provide patient care at an Aspen Dental-branded practice. The dentist will work with a patient-centric team, exercise clinical judgment, and deliver high-quality care while meeting professional and ethical standards. The role includes conducting comprehensive full-mouth examinations, diagnosing dental conditions, discussing treatment plans and options with patients, and providing clinical treatments. The dentist is also expected to keep current with developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development, and to network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies in the community. The position is full-time, with a listed salary range of $180,000–$215,000 per year. Location-specific offers include a $15,000 signing incentive and a $7,500 relocation stipend. Aspen Dental describes its support as including learning and development, flexible scheduling, business and administrative services, and access to clinical training and technology. Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and receive non-clinical business support from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.
