About The Position
Raybrex Dental Recruiting is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits. The practice features 8 operatories, 3 full-time hygienists, and 1 part-time hygienist. This is a Fee-For-Service/PPO opportunity with a daily guarantee of $700.00 - $1,000.00, plus 35% of collections.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license in good standing
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
- Diagnose and treat oral health issues
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and continuously improve skills and knowledge
