About The Position

Westmount Dental is seeking a motivated, friendly, and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join their team in Edmonton, AB. The clinic is undergoing an expansion in early 2026, increasing from 10 to 13 operatories and incorporating added technology and upgraded equipment. This role offers an opportunity to step into an established patient base with rapid growth potential and develop clinical scope in a supportive, technology-forward environment. The clinic sees over 200 new patients per month and offers ample pre-booking and same-day treatment, suitable for someone who appreciates a diverse and flexible schedule. Westmount Dental provides a positive, collaborative team culture with strong systems, focusing on clinical excellence and continuous learning. Support and guidance are readily available, and the practice serves a large and diverse patient base.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
• Valid CPR certification
• Domiciled in Canada
• Team-oriented and kind
• Motivated to learn and grow
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic
• Interested in building relationships with loyal patients
• Dynamic, dependable and willing to roll with what the day has in store
