Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
• Valid CPR certification
• Domiciled in Canada

Nice To Haves

• Interest in Invisalign
• Interest in Cosmetic Dentistry (including veneers)

Responsibilities

• Provide a broad scope of dentistry including Bread and Butter Dentistry, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Fixed Prosthodontics (Crown & Bridge), Removable Prosthodontics, and Implant Dentistry.
• Perform Invisalign and IV Sedation Dentistry.
• Expand clinical scope with mentorship and focus on keeping treatment in-house.
• Utilize advanced technology and a paperless workflow.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team and strong hygiene department.
• Engage in patient-centered treatment philosophy.
• Participate in Associate Development Program, Ortho Acceleration Program & Align Partnership, and Implant Program.
• Seek opportunities for formal and structured mentorship.
• Potentially move towards a path to partnership and practice leadership.
