About The Position

Southgate Dental is seeking a committed Associate Dentist to join a high-volume, well-established practice with exceptional team stability and patient loyalty. With a high volume of new patients per month, a large hygiene program, and an unbeatable Edmonton location, this is an ideal environment for either a new or experienced dentist looking for long-term growth. The successful candidate will step into a busy schedule, supported by experienced clinicians and a team known for decades of tenure. Southgate Dental offers full-scope general dentistry and is located beside Southgate Mall in Edmonton, minutes from Whitemud Freeway and directly on the LRT line. It is an exceptionally stable practice with over two decades of operation, a strong reputation, and significant word-of-mouth growth, offering an excellent opportunity for a long-term associate. The clinic has 12 operatories, with 2 DDS chairs available for the Associate, and a team culture characterized by staff with tenured years of service, an exceptionally loyal patient base, strong word-of-mouth reputation, and a family-oriented, welcoming environment with high trust and long-term continuity. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
  • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Domiciled in Canada
  • Long-term focused and stable
  • Patient-centered and communicative
  • Comfortable with a busy environment
  • Adaptable and collaborative

Nice To Haves

  • Invisalign experience or desire to take Invisalign course
  • Skilled in molar endo and/or wisdom tooth extractions

Responsibilities

  • Perform bread-and-butter dentistry
