About The Position

Great Rivers Dental is hiring a full-time Associate Dentist for its established practice in East Alton, Illinois. The privately owned dental group offers a supportive team, advanced technology, an established patient base, and a collaborative environment focused on exceptional patient care. The dentist will have clinical autonomy and opportunities for mentorship, professional development, leadership, and potential practice ownership. Compensation includes a $750 daily guarantee plus a percentage of collections, with annual earning potential of $175,000–$275,000+. The practice is newly renovated and provides advanced dental technology. Doctors participate in monthly meetings, collaborative case discussions, continuing education, and mentorship tailored to their experience and goals.

Requirements

Current Illinois dental license in good standing.
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
Strong clinical skills and confidence providing comprehensive dental care, including restorative dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, prosthetics, and periodontal therapy.
Strong communication skills, initiative, and enjoyment of working as part of a team.
