About The Position
PDS Health is hiring an Associate Dentist to provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care in a patient-centric integrated healthcare setting. The role is open to recent dental graduates and experienced professionals and offers mentorship from Owner Dentists, continuing education, advanced technology, and opportunities for clinical growth and practice ownership. The dentist will work collaboratively with in-house specialists and other integrated healthcare providers to support excellent patient outcomes. The position offers competitive annual earnings of $160,000–$390,000, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) with company contributions, and malpractice insurance.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care, prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes.
- Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship.
- Expand clinical skills through continuing education opportunities.
- Collaborate with in-house specialists to support patient outcomes.
- Use advanced technology, including CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records.
- Align with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes.
