About The Position

AZ Family Dental is a dentist-owned group with offices in Phoenix and Glendale. We are seeking a full-time associate dentist for our 7-chair practice on Thunderbird Road in North Phoenix. This is a doctor-owned office, not affiliated with a DSO or private equity, offering a modern digital environment and mentorship opportunities. The role involves comprehensive general dentistry, with opportunities to expand skills in areas like molar endodontics, implant placement, bone grafting, CEREC, and clear aligners. You will work directly with the owner, a practicing dentist, in an established PPO and fee-for-service patient base. The practice offers a 4-day work week with no nights or weekends.

Requirements

DDS/DMD degree
Active Arizona dental license
2+ years of practice experience, or completion of an AEGD/GPR
Kindness towards patients and teammates

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive general dentistry, including fixed and removable prosthetics, endodontics (including molars), extractions, and cosmetic procedures.
Perform implant placement and surgical cases for those interested.
Work alongside hygienists, experienced assistants, and a front office team.
Focus on providing quality dentistry and patient care.
Utilize modern digital dental technology, including CEREC, CBCT, 3D printing, digital impressions, and radiography.
Participate in mentorship and professional development opportunities to expand clinical skills.
