About The Position

Our client, a reputable dental practice in Garden City, Michigan, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join their team. This is a state-of-the-art modern dental care practice equipped with Itero scanners, Pano, and offering Clear aligner therapy. Endo skills and strong surgical skills are required. The position offers a daily guarantee of $800.00 - $1,000.00 based on experience, with collections based on experience at 30-35%. The practice focuses on PPO/FFS and does not have Medicaid or Medicare opportunities. This is an 8-operatory practice.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
Active dental license in the state of Michigan
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and techniques
Endo skills and strong surgical skills required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Dedication to providing exceptional patient care
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques

Responsibilities

Perform routine dental procedures, including but not limited to cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
Diagnose and treat various dental conditions and develop treatment plans for patients
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
Build and maintain relationships with patients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the practice
